Mercs "Springtime Tallahassee Parade" Invasion Debriefing

Mission Objective: To promote the Mandalorian Mercs Costume Club and to bring a Star Wars presence to the parade.

Nine members of the Buurenaar Verda clan walked in the annual Tallahassee Springtime Parade along with members of the 501st Squad 7 and Rebel Legion Ra Kura base. The 501st drove a Jeep all decked out in 501st insignia with Darth Vader waving to the masses and a TIE pilot greeted fans while riding a segway. The Mercs walked the parade greeting fans, handing out trading cards, and taking pictures. After the parade ended some of the Mercs joined the 501st at their booth and took pictures in the kids area of the downtown festival. This was the first time that Mercs had trooped this parade and it will certainly be an event that they look forward to trooping again in the future.
