Mercs "Founders Day for Lindo Park Elementary" Invasion Debriefing

Invasion Location:Founders Day for Lindo Park Elementary - Lakeside, CA (USA)

Clan Involved: Haran'galaar Clan
Mission Objective: To help support and present awards to various members of the faculty and staff who have raised money for various causes having to do with the betterment of children as well as provide a diplomatic presence within the community to make the community aware of who we are and what we do.

Invasion Report: The Haran'galaar Mercs members were asked to escort various award winners out in front of parents and students who had made a significant impact on the community and the students within that community. These included teachers and organizers of a local rodeo, which raises money to allow students in the area to take part in various community development and educational programs.

The Mercs were also joined by members of the San Diego Star Wars Society to give a great photo opportunity for not only the award winners, but also for all of the children and parents who attended. The local Mercs were also informed by the event organizers that a donation will be presented to the Verd'ika Fund as well.
